This little flower girl seemed to be taking in every little detail of the ceremony...

And I loved these romantic shots during their first dance... *sigh*

John & Erin - A Wedding {New Jersey Photographer}

Last evening I had the pleasure of photographing the wedding of John & Erin at their beautiful home on the Jersey Shore. It was really amazing... the beautiful tent with chandeliers, the flowers, the band, a buffet catered by the famous Joe Leone's... it all added up to an incredible evening.

I loved these little jelly jars at each place setting...

And the yummy looking deserts... what a beautiful presentation...

The happy couple immediately after being pronounced husband and wife...

As day turned to night, the pool was filled with floating candles...

And the yard took on a totally different feel with all the twinkling lights...

For my sister... {New Jersey Photographer}

During our family trip to Florida in June, we got a chance to visit my sister, who recently moved down there with her new hubby. They bought themselves a little farm where they could keep their two horses and many dogs. I've been promising her since our return that I would post these pics I snapped of the horses while I was there... but things have just been so crazy busy I'm finally, finally getting around to it. Sorry Kathy! We had a fun visit... Nick got to ride a four wheeler, and Matt played with the dogs. It was fun to finally see where she lived. But I gotta say, its odd (in a very cool way) to be sitting in the living room and watching horses grazing right outside the window!

Here are both boys - this is the view of the yard from the kitchen... so peaceful!

Family Beach Session {Jersey Shore Photographer}

I had a fabulous session on the beach at Lavallette yesterday. Lavallette is such a wonderful beach community with some of the most gorgeous beaches. I met the "T" family (all 16 of them!) there last night just before sunset. It had been threatening to rain all day, but just in time for our session it cleared and we had a perfect evening. I had a lot of trouble narrowing down what to put here on the blog...

A beautiful baby girl! {Ocean County Newborn Photographer}

I had the pleasure of meeting ten day old little Miss "A" (and her Mommy and Daddy) today. What a sweet, tiny little thing she is! She wasnt very happy with me and my attempts to pose her though. She just wasnt very interested in being naked, or sleeping... and she'd had her poor parents up most of the night last night! After lots of feeding, cuddling and bouncing, we finally took her outside to try a few shots and viola! That's what she wanted... she seemed to enjoy being outdoors and settled right down for some nice shots among her mom's beautiful flowers.

One of the only shots of her sleeping... soooooooooo sweet!

Her mom loved this little hat, made by my friend Ellen... otherwise known as "the crochet nanny"... the link to her shop can be found at the bottom of this page.

Love this shot with Mom and Dad... there's nothing like a brand new family!

The family's garden was stunning... loved these flowers!

And these are just pure sweetness...

August is completely booked... and I am starting to book sessions for September and October. If you're looking for a family session, please call soon to reserve your date! If you are expecting a baby, please note that this does not apply to newborns... I will try to squeeze them into the schedule... but if you are expecting please call me before the baby is born so we can make some tentative arrangements!

Anyway... I want to start posting some great session clothing ideas... and was going to start doing a "fashion Friday", but I missed and so now its Saturday... oh well... but here's a great idea for a family shoot! Not all matchy matchy, but well coordinated. This would photograph well, and all the clothing is from Old Navy!
