Pure Fantasy

All I can say is holy cow!!! Introducing Isabella... she has the bluest, most sparkly eyes I have EVER seen! These eyes are not enhanced... they're for real!!! WOW!

A New Favorite

I was just going through some past images, and came upon this one that I hadnt really noticed before... dont know how I missed it... she's adorable!!! I love the expression on her face, and the way her hair is blowing in the wind! Such a cutie pie!

Today's Favorite...

Ahhhhhhhhh, sometimes you make a photograph and its pretty... but once in a while you capture something more. It may be "mommy goggles", but this image of my youngest child just speaks to me. I love capturing emotion in my images, and not just the happy ones.

What an honor...

I found out today that this image - "Fallen Angel" - which in April won photo of the day honors (photo art category) at Shutterbugs.biz, was selected as "Best of Category" for month of April! I'm really excited about it, as this is a bit out of the "norm" for me and one of my first foray's into the world of digital photo art. I had this picture in my head for a long time, and was fortunate enough to find a beautiful model, Kristyn, who was willing to pose like this on a busy highway! Thanks Kristyn! Lots of special effects were used to achieve the final image, and while I was happy with it, I had no idea how others would react. I'm so happy at how well it has been received. The image will now compete with the winners of the other categories for photo of the month honors.
